To locate types online, use advanced search mode, with order = 'Mallophaga'. Eichler donated some specimens to the MCZ. The collection also contains nine types by Osborn, 1896. Types of some of the species described by Robert Edwards in his review of the lice of the Procellariiformes are deposited at the MCZ and AMNH.
